Shipping Information

We ship from London, Ontario, and can send orders across Canada and around the world. Online and phone orders are shipped in a plain cardboard box or padded envelope.

Shipping Policy

Virginia & Rook provides free shipping to every location in Canada with Sendle, Canada Post, Canpar, Purolator, UPS, or FedEx, whichever company will get your order to you the fastest. Because of this, we’re unable to ship with most of these companies to P.O. Boxes, so please use your street address when placing an order.

The Free Shipping promotion applies to all orders over $49 shipped to Canada. Orders shipped outside Canada are not included. Free shipping is based on the order subtotal after a coupon code is applied. Items sent with free shipping are sent by regular mail. If you need your purchases faster, choose expedited, Xpresspost, or Priority shipping.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world with DHL Express International. Some products have shipping restrictions and cannot be sent to international destinations. Due to the elimination of the U.S. “de minimis” exemption for shipments of goods worth $800 or less, we are no longer able to ship to the United States.

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping option you choose. Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of an item can be found on its product page, and all weights are rounded up to the next full pound to reflect carrier policies.

If the style or model you ordered is out of stock, we’ll email you. If we don’t receive confirmation about a substitution within 24 hours, the closest substitution to what you ordered will be shipped.

For accurate Canada Post delivery standards, use the Canada Post website and enter our postal code N6G 0Y2 along with your postal code to compare shipping methods and timing to your location.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, such as an incorrect or defective item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, though in many cases you’ll receive a refund more quickly. That window includes transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), processing once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, log in to your account, view the order using the Complete Orders link under My Account, and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you by email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
