Checkout is a single secure page. You can continue as a guest or create an account, enter billing and shipping details, apply a coupon if you have one, choose shipping, then select a payment method and place the order.

Canadian customers can pay by Interac e-Transfer from a Canadian bank account when that option is offered. After you place the order, you’ll receive email directions for sending the transfer.

Interac E-Transfer Details

After you place an Interac order, you’ll receive email directions for sending the e-Transfer to payment@virginiarook.com. The account name is Vishnu Incorporated, our parent company. The order stays on hold until payment arrives.

In most cases you won’t need a security question because deposits are set up for automatic deposit. If you’re prompted for a question and answer, use “my order number” as the question and your order number from the confirmation email as the answer.

How Checkout Works

From your cart, continue to the Virginia & Rook checkout page. There is not a separate “Check out with PayPal” shortcut beside the regular checkout path.

On checkout, review your details and choose one of the payment methods shown for that order. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear when your browser supports them. Card, Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay use Stripe. PayPal continues after you place the order, if PayPal is available. Interac e-Transfer also continues after you place the order, with email instructions.
